What I liked

Somewhere along the line, all the staff I met seemed to have learned best practice. The speed and efficiency with which my condition was diagnosed and treatment arranged was impressive and the after care was very good, personal and attentive. This included the nurses and the tea ladies who bothered to use my name. I don't know who thought up the special torture of patients walking into the operating theatre but the efficiency with which one and one's notes were passed from one person to another was impressive given the speed with which everything had been arranged.
