My apointment was for 2.40pm May 24th, as I had never been to this hospital before, a prior visit determined no car parking facility, but a very adequate public car park just around the corner. On arriving on the day we were early by some 30 minutes, booked in and sat in the waiting area, found a magazine reached the second page when the nurse called me to be weighed, returned to the magazine when the nurse again called me into the consultants room. From here I was treated to a most thorough examination by the consultant and was at all times treated with the utmost dignity and respect, that is also said of the nurse. I must confess that when I first saw this hospital which has seen better days,I felt trepidation set in, but once through the doors I was relaxed with the cleanliness, and homeliness.

would I recommend absolutely yes, do I have any regret choosing this hospital, yes, my regret is that the future treatment the Consultant has prescribed, unfortunately cannot be carried out here.

My sincere thank's to all concerned, I feel that the ball is now moving to aleviate my illness.
