What I liked
The nursing staff / receptionists were all polite and efficient, and I was treated with respect by them.
What could be improved
The consultant was arrogant. His manner could be greatly improved. I have received no information by letter, or by person regarding my tests. Things I wanted to ask with him, I could not, as it was a rushed consultation. Although I understand he probably has many to see every day, and is a busy man, when you wait months to see a consultant, it would be nice for your concerns to be addressed a bit more. I would not want another consultation with him again, I would ask for another doctor.
"Will ask my GP for the report as this hospital..."
