I contacted the Patient Experience Team (PALS) at Kent and Canterbury hospital because my husband was being admitted the next day and I was worried that a pressure relieving mattress may not be available. He has MS and can't move at all.

Moira and Kayleigh were really helpful, checked with Clarke Ward, and confirmed that yes, all the arrangements were in place. This put my mind at ease and also his mind.
