What I liked

i have just spent 3 days in hospital due to an accident and i have to say from my admission until i left on saturday i could not have wished for better treatment. All the staff that i came in contact with were extremely helpful and understanding thank you to all of you and i also enjoyed the meals

We are very pleased to hear that our staff were helpful and understanding and that the food was good. It is a real morale boost for staff on the ward and also behind the scenes to receive feedback like this from patients. It means such a lot to know that the hard work, dedication and commitment of our staff is recognised and valued in this way.
