What I liked
Nothing
What could be improved
Pretty much everything!!
Anything else?
Where do I begin. Not enough parking. Visiting times should be staggered across the wings; the times are the same so creates an exodus of visitors at one time. The efficiency of dealing with diagnosis and implementation of treatment: Too slow. Also they do not listen to the carers that some patients have, for the carers do know a lot about a patient. Communication, well, several times I rang the ward, no answer, each time the phone rang until it went dead. Then... I did get through... it was a patient that answered the phone: what the hell is going on here. I know they are busy and that old phrase keeps popping up 'were'e short staffed' they need to be a bit more organised.
The government ought to use these facilities and then they would then, and only then appreciate the frustrations on both sides of bed. But then that's not going to happen is it? They live in a BUPA bubble.
