"Response time needs improving"

About: Torbay Hospital

What I liked

Was referred to the hospital by my dentist after the extraction of my wisdom teeth did not go well. I have been left with sever headaches and a balance issues and I have yet to receive an appointment from the hospital telling me when they intend to remove what is left of my wisdom tooth. It has now been a week and apparently I'm on the urgent list. Would like to know when I will be seen and will hopefully be rid of these headaches.

What could be improved

Improvements to be made is the time to reply to patients so they know how long they have to put up with the pain they may be in. Also how much they are going to be out of pocket from loss of wages and NHS leveies.
