"An excellent experience and a credit to all the..."

What I liked

I have had two total knee replacements and each time I was fully informed about how / what / where and when.

Both times the staff were very kind and helpful and couldn't do enough - especially as on the second visit I was in over Christmas 2010, my choice, and they made the patients feel 'at home' and we were woken up to Christmas Carols - much appreciated!

I feel that the Peninsula is as much a hospital / hotel as it can be with excellent staffing and would recomend it to anyone requiring a knee replacement.

The whole operation is very slick and the building and equipment look as good now as the day it was opened - a credit to all the staff who work there.

What could be improved

A miracle cure for worn out joints that didn't need such drastic surgery...........................
