What I liked

My visit was one of concern for me like most people who visit A&E. I was treated almost immediately by a male charge nurse whose kind nature and clinical expertise were inspiring. I was constantly reassured by both nursing staff and doctors alike, I was kept ''in the picture'' regarding my ailment the whole time, my friend who was with me was offered a drink and also reassured. I really could not fault the service I received on that morning.

What could be improved

Certainly on my visit, I don’t think the royal family could have been treated any better.
