What I liked

From my original diagnosis in 2007, the staff at the eye clinic, from the Consultant through to the admin ladies, have been superb. When faced with an operation, staff took time to explain procedures thoroughly and keep me informed at each stage of the process. The operation itself was superbly managed and staff on the ward are excellent.

Our NHS is frequently slated, but my experience over the last 5 years has been of a superbly caring team, working in a an efficiently managed, clean environment where patient care is uppermost in everyone's mind.
