What I liked

My 5 year old son was very dehydrated, the staff at A & E from the receptionist through to the doctors were professional and courteous in all aspects of there jobs.

The hospital staff kept me informed all of the time and it was very reasuring.

It was the first time i have visited the new A & E department hopefully it will be a long time before i have to go there again, I found it to be very clean, bright and calming.

My son was transferred to Penguin ward for further checks and despite the staff being rushed off there feet the level of care never dropped, a credit to our wonderful under funded national health service.
