The appointment Times could and should be improved,The Respiroraty unit are always 30-40 minutes late with seeing patients,and if one enquires about the schedule,and to see how far behind they are running,the staff get very defensive because the patient has merely enquired about the delay in the appointment, the whole experience is not very pleasent at all

Anything else?

I noticed that many staff and patients were not using any " hand-gel" as they were entering and leaving the area,Hygiene is not top of there list it would appear!
