(as the patient),

I have visited Nutgrove a number of times to have blood samples taken by the phlebotomists. On the last visit Candice O'Sullivan took my samples. She was very kind, friendly, and courteous and chatted giving me information about my samples and their tests. She took great care not to make me uncomfortable in any way, and I didn't even realise that she had taken two samples - I thought it was just one! Well done and thanks you!
