"Worcester Royal Accident & Emergency"

About: West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Last month I was taken to Worcester A&E by ambulance as I had collapsed, the ambulance staff was very kind and reassuring.

When I arrived it was very busy however the nurse looking after me was very kind and efficient, I was seen and assessed by the doctor any questions I had were answered.

Even though it was very busy and I had to wait to be seen and for results, I could not fault any care throughout my stay...I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone that looked after me and helped me to feel better and eventually go home with a follow up with my own GP. Thought I would write as all you hear is bad stuff in press.
