"Appointments at Stonecroft Medical Centre"

I am outraged that there seem to be so little appointmets available when contacting the surgery.

The only way of even getting close to an appointment seems to be queueing in the cold and rain outside the surgery waiting for the doors to open. This is not always possible, if you work, have ill children or the elderly. I have broken two telephones by pressin re-dial to get through.

I have recently tried for 5 days to get an appointment, my daughters situation wasn't major so I waited. We got the Friday and still no appointments and told to go to Broad Lane. I spent 2 hours waiting down there to be told I need to see my own GP.

If there is not enough appointments now, then why is the surgery taking on even more patients????????

I am getting increasingly frustrated at not been able to see a GP, when I need too.
