What I liked

II received a call form a Consultant insisting I left work and got my wife to get me to the JR immediately, being a bloke and doing a job where I was teaching a course I was pretty bloody minded that I could not leave. They insisted and when I asked why it was so important I had to go there and then he gave me the most honest of answere that I was having or going to have a heart attack soon. That definately focused my mind. When I hadnt arrived within a certain time he chased me again. From the moment I arrived at A&E he and all the other staff were absolutely brilliant.

What could be improved

The NHS needs more staff so they dont have to work such long hours. I will not mention individuals but I know some of the staff stayed longer than their shift to make sure I got my procedure completed.
