"Overall a big thank yu to the wonderful staff that..."

What I liked

Some of the A&E staff were wonderful, some where not. The same applies throughtout the hospital. It depends on who you get, whih is unfortunate but the staff that perform wonderfully do it a a vocation and not just a job.

Thank you to most of the staff at the JPUH - there is still a little way to go before it is the best but yu are getting there.

What could be improved

Consultant's attitude as well as some nursing staff. List to the patient when they tell you they are in excruiating pain - pain the body's defense mechanism
