What I liked

I spent 7 hours in A&E recently with my elderly mother who had had a fall, she had various tests and was moved to a side ward (CDU) for most of the time.

I have nothing but praise for the staff who treated her with respect and dignity at all times it made the whole experience far less stressful for her and for me.

They were friendly, appropriately humorous and kept us informed, they even offered my mother tea and food.

A big thank-you to all the staff, their efforts made such a difference to her stay.

What could be improved

nothing, there was a tremendous effort made given how busy they all were

The fact that I feel compelled to write this feedback tells it all. you made my mums experience a good one and I'm very happy about that. Thank-you.
