What a fabulous team of nurses tonight on the unit, they couldn't have been more accommodating.
They made cups of team for relatives, helped patients choose from menus, laughed at the choice (curry at 86 years) and were so respectful. The ward was spotlessly clean and the systems for cleaning and curtain replacement were visible and enormously reassuring.
A credit to themselves and the NHS!
