About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / Active Lifestyles Service

(as a service user),

- I am less stressed as I go to the gym! Makes me feel well, sense of purpose. Me time!

- Weigh less, lots of encouragement from Liz.

- It's OK to lose 1lb a week. You aren't a failure because you don't lose 2-3lb in a week.

All together with Liz's help I feel good about myself.
