After I received a head injury after an accident I went to hospital (RUH Bath) and stayed over night.
They sent me home the next day even thought I was still in pain with really bad headache. They told me it was concussion and would continue for a few days.
After a few days the pain was still the same so I went back to the hospital (this was after visiting my doctor on a few occasions).
I asked for a scan at hospital and they found a fracture. I find this negligent.
