What I liked
I like the ticket system for the blood clinic and that when they are busy they usually have an additional phlebotomist to help get through queues quicker. I also like that an appointment isn't needed, just turn up between the opening times and that I usually hardly feel a thing.
The staff at outpatients reception are friendly & helpful as was the volunteer helper
What could be improved
Having another clinic using the waiting room made it overly crowded on Tuesday morning, so much so that it was better to wait out in the corridor until my number came up.
"blood clinic is normally a bit quicker - though..."
