"Appalling"

One male nurse who was working on my mothers care initially showed great empathy and care.

What could be improved

What an appalling experience. My mother was addmited to ward 31 and since been in there she has been treated very poorly, left without adequate pain relief, left in bed to nearly wee her self the list goes on... The staff seem incredibly unwilling to offer real care to not only my mother but to others on the ward! As for dignity there isn't any... I have witness a man been moved rooms and place into bed with only a tshirt and underpants on, a lady sat on a comode without the door or curtain shut! It is disgusting. Somebody needs to drop in undercover and experience this absolutely appalling goings on!
