"Visiting Huyton walk-in centre"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

massive wait of 3 hours advised by Alison triage to ring out of hours. rang them and managed to get an appointment in huyton. Reception staff were also lovely and helped me a lot to try and be seen ASAP as I have a daughter with ASD that cant be left with people. Thank you to all for their kindness.

Dear Click175

Thank you for your feedback following your visit to the walk in centre. I am very sorry that there was a long wait to be seen, however due to the nature of the walk in centre service this can happen at busy times as patients are not required to make an appointment and sometimes a large volume of people arrive at once. I am glad that the reception team where able to offer alternatives to you and that you received the care that you required. I will pass on your comments to all concerned.

With best wishes
