"I don't know where I would be without my therapist"

I was at my wits end when I first came to Tiverton to see the therapist, I felt awful. Then I came to see Sophie and what a difference she has made. She has been wonderful. She's helped me so much, over only two appointments she's made me feel so much better.

I have said to Sophie that I now feel well enough to cope without her and I don't want to take up her time when someone may need her more desperately. She has said that I can contact her though if I need her, or if I start to feel worse which really helps to reassure me, makes me feel safe.

Her expertise and how she's cared for me has made such a big difference to mine and my husbands lives. I feel like I can get on with life now, knowing she's there to help me if I start to feel bad again.

I want to thank Sophie, for everything she's done for me and how wonderfully kind she has been. You do a very good job Sophie, god bless you.
