"After a positive start a Disappointing end"

What I liked

Nurse that greeted me was very polite and helpful. Consultant was very polite, explained everything to myself and my husband.

What could be improved

Been given some contact details of people.

Anything else?

I was diagnosed with MS.

I was advised I would get a letter from the consultant within 2 weeks, nothing.

I would be getting a MMR appointment heard nothing with a date,

a MS nurse would be contacting me to arrange a meeting to see me, nothing.

I am very disappointed with all of this from the NHS. I appreciate things do take there time but when you are unwell you do hope for some reassurance and help from the NHS.
