What I liked
I had my gallbladder removed on 20/03/2012, surgery was more complicated than expected. My Consultant Surgery was first class, explaining the procedure and complications afterwards. All of the staff on ward 33, Male Surgical Ward were excellent despite being extremely busy. The Junior Doctors and Nursing staff were all a credit to the NHS but I would like to especially thank the HCAs who despite being run off their feet always tried to make me as comfortable as possible and kept on smiling in the face of adversity!! 10/10
What could be improved
The temperature in the ward was at times was extremely hot.
Anything else?
My follow up care in the Community has been excellent
