What I liked
The whole process of Day Surgery was professional from the moment I entered reception to the time I was discharged. Not only professional at all levels, but friendly, involving, apologetic if they were called away and most of all, they treated me as a person and not just a patient.
What could be improved
Absolutely nothing.
