"A wonderfully pleasant experience!"

What I liked

The staff were always very pleasant and especially on the late shift. They would take an interest in me and make me feel as calm and as relaxed as possible. The staff went out of their way to help me and I did not find myself waiting too long for anything. They remembered me & my situation after I was discharged and this made me feel at ease as an outpatient. I'm due to go back in very shortly to have my baby and I feel rest assured that I will be well looked after again.

What could be improved

To be advised of a timescale for when doctors are likely to do their rounds, but this is only a minor thing and something that I like personally.
