What could be improved

the cleanliness of the wards. The attitude of staff, very rude and supreior in their dealing wih patients, my daughter had had an opertaiton on her back and the only dressing they gave her was a sanitary pad, surely and open wound like that should have an adhesive dressing and when she queried if they had a proper dressing the staff nurse said that was all there was which is un believable in such a large establichment
