"Professional, understanding, reassuring"

What I liked

Had my first appointment at the breast care centre today and cannot recommend it

highly enough. I was seen before my appointment time, I dealt with four members of

staff who were all kind, professional and extremely caring. I was very emotional and

anxious and the staff were wonderful. The tests were all done quickly and in one place

and I received the results the same day. It was a very positive experience and as it was

my first visit to this hospital, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it again.

What could be improved

Nothing, they did exactly what was needed.
