On numerous times I have tried to contact my GP to get an appointment (Green Wing) and have been unsuccessful because you have to phone bang on at 8.00 am and all you get is the engaged tone and then by the time you get through all the appointment are gone and you can't get one for the next day as you have to phone in on the day.
I feel this is a terrible way to treat your so called patients - I feel I could be collecting my pension or dead before I get an appointment.
