What I liked

The triage nurse was very good at communication and very efficient. She was happy and clearly enjoyed her job. The nurse who treated was very good too continuously explaining everything. She too clearly enjoyed her job. We were seen from start to finish in 2hrs30mins. The waiting room was fairly busy but no one seemed to wait too long. Very impressed with the service recieved. The toilets were very very clean!

What could be improved

A smile from the receptionist on arrival.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am very glad you had a positive experience in the Emergency Department. Your kind words will be fed back to the staff in the department. I am sorry however that the receptionist did not smile. This is something that they are expected to do and will be fed back.
