What I liked
On all three visits I was seen early. The staff were friendly, supportive and totally professional. On the day of surgery I was seen immediately although 20 minutes early. I was not kept waiting at any time and was treated with great dignity. It was all exactly as one would wish for. I received a phone call three days after the operation to check that I was well and that there were no problems - I was well and there were no problems. I would totally recommend Shepton Mallett treatment Centre to anyone and I am so thankful that my GP referred me to you. Please feel free to use my comments where ever and whenever you wish. Well done to all concerned and I can't thank the staff enough.
What could be improved
I really can't think of anything that could be improved.

Shepton Mallett Treatment Centre is a shining example of what the NHS can do, and does do. Separation of A and E from routine services would seem to be a sensible approach. Free parking was a very welcome bonus.
