What I liked

I was a patient on ward 15 for day case surgery. It was a busy ward but very well organised, staff available when you needed them and good communication all the way from the ward and theatre nursing and medical staff.

What could be improved

I don't think things could have been any better for me.

Anything else?

As an employee of the NHS in another Trust I was looking for how the ward ran and making comparisons. I was very pleased with my care from admission to discharge.
