I recently went to highbury hospital for an appointment to see my dietician
I had to wait for 20 minutes to see the dietician. It made me feel uncomfortable.
Nobody explained why the appointment was late it made me very stressed out.
If someone would have come to see me to tell me how long I would have to wait, that would have been a good thing.
