What I liked

This comment relates to the Royal Berkshire Bracknell Clinic which is a first class place for cancer treatment. The facilities and staff were all excellent and it provided a really positive patient and relatives experience. The whole "getting there" and "being there" was so straight forward and respectful - we parked easily, were greeted as soon as we arrived, were seen straight away and felt part of a great team. This is what you need when you are going through a difficult time.This is the NHS at it's best.

What could be improved

We are very proud of this new facility and it is good to hear that it has enhanced both patients' and relatives’ experiences in the way we envisaged it would.
