What I liked
The professionalism and care of all the staff at the hospital - nurses, auxillary nurses, ward clerk, cleaners, doctors, consultant.
Anything else?
I went into hospital the day before having a hysterectomy. The standard of care received was exceptional. Everyone who I came into contact with was very professional, caring and understanding. Yes there were little things that went wrong - eg meal not being sent one day - but the staff dealt with things immediately and I always felt like my well being and care were their priority. I can not criticise the care in any way and if I ever need to attend hospital again I would attend the RLI without hesitation.
"I was extremely happy with the standard of care..."
