"Bad!"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital (Folkestone) (Folkestone)

What I liked

Nothing!

What could be improved

I cannot believe that you can not have a blood test to determine what is wrong with you after 4pm in the afternoon or on a weekend. So As I have only been able to get into a doctor on a Friday afternoon and it is a long weekend, I now cannot have the blood test until next Tuesday and will have to take time off work to have it. That means my treatment will not be able to start for at least another 5 days. This is not good patient care and I am very worried as I am getting sicker every day. I also cannot believe that I was told by the operator that I had to take time off work to do this. This also discriminates against people that work. This is also bad preventative care and patient care. More stress for me!

I am very unimpressed with the service and rudeness of the operators.

Anything else?

I think it at least one or two days per week you should have extended hours so working people can also have their Blood tests etc done without causing more stress to the patient.
