(as a relative),

First I would like to say that the hospital staff is top notch - however the cleanliness is down right shameful.

Public bathrooms and communial area's are filthy. Also I was visiting my fiancee on floor L and when entering the South ward the hand sanitizer dispenser hadn't been filled in 3 days!

I used the one located at the foot of his bed. Also it is extremely hot in the hospital which is very bad considering you are not wanting to spread germs.

Thank you very much for your feedback, I am sure that the staff who read these comments will greatly appreciate your very kind and thoughful remarks about the staff at the Inverclyde Royal Hospital. However, I have noted your concerns about cleanliness and I have passed your comment on to the Hospital Facilities Manager so that they can take up your concerns locally, especially the hand sanitiser dispenser. I am sorry that your experience of the facilities was not up to the same standard as that displayed by the staff.

Once again thank you for your feedback - it is appreciated, both good and bad.
