What I liked

When we eventually saw a doctor they knew how to treat.

What could be improved

Attitude of recepetoiopn staff terrible. They did not seem interested in me and did not offer help when I asked how long the wait would be. When I explained that the symtoms were getting worse they said speak to the nurse but showed no sympathy.

Treatment area was crowed with little privacy.
