What I liked

they failed my mum totally and caused her harm , from forgetting to feed her to bulling of nursing staff on lister ward , they told me she had lung and bowel and brain cancer but refused to do any tests to prove this , i told my mum she was dying and she gave up the will to live , they got a macmillan nurse for her but would not confirm it with them either , there is a lot more to this but i only have 2000 letters , we had a meeting and they said they got it wrong in the care and it might not be bowel cancer but it was lung and in the response letter got told in the last paragraph " they caused harm " we took her to another hospital for a second opinion and my god she has No cancer, she has been given morphine and other meds for nothing , i explain the relief and ager at the same time , this hospital was dirty and staff moral is awful they don't care and the " I'm the doctor and I'm right attitude is here " well there not , mum has thought for the last 6 months she was dying !

How can they get this so wrong

she is a person not an nhs number
