I was on a walking holiday on Dartmoor and fell on a granite trackway, damaging my knee. I used ice packs etc for next day or so but my knee became very swollen red and hot to the touch.
I limped to the Tavistock MIU who were marvellous. They talked me through the injury, x rayed my knee and gave me sound advice.
They were throughly pleasant and professional at all times - S/N Clare and Radiographer Martin.
