(as a relative),

My grandmother suffers with dementia and will also be on warfarin for the rest of her life due to a stroke some years ago. Because she has dementia she is out of her house at a day centre for most of the week. The phlebotomy department were very understanding and accommodating in arranging an onsite call without disruptin my grandmother's day centre visit. Thank you all.
