"Simply Awful nobody cared about my partner at all,..."

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

What I liked

Some of the nurses actually cared

What could be improved

My partner was in the department for the second time in 2 days. She wasn't well enough to be sent home. But guess what she was she is now bed ridden and very ill and now cannot moves because of of feeling dizzy and constantly vomiting. I am disgusted at the way she was treated on the a and e ward. she had a low hart rate at 35 bpm and low blood pressure had some really strong diamorphine and oxygen to help her breathe and the doctors told her to go home. i am following up a proper complaints procedure as this style of treatment is simply not good enough!!!
