What I liked

I attended C&W accident and emergency dept on 31 March, following a bad fall and facial injury. The registrar I saw was excellent; kind, professional and thorough and extremely efficient, particularly in carrying out the various tests and examinations. The nurses were also kind and efficient and I was really impressed at how caring they were to a very elderly and confused patient nearby.

What could be improved

The reception staff in this accident and emergency department let down an otherwise amazing service, which is a real shame. They seem to view patients as a nuisance and their attitude is cold and disinterested.

Anything else?

Really high calibre service and I feel I received excellent care from the doctor and nurses I saw.
