My family and I are sometimes perturbed at the criticism often aimed at the services provided by James Paget Hospital.

We though cannot thank enough the paramedics, doctors and nurses of your hospital for the care and attention paid to our mother when she recently suffered a heart attack. The paramedics undoubtedly saved her life when they treated her at her home, for which we are eternally grateful, and the aftercare provided by the doctors and nurses was second to none. We cannot emphasise enough our thanks and gratitude to your staff and would ask you to pass these comments onto them. I am pleased to report that our mother is recovering well and is once again able to do some of her daily duties!
