What I liked
I attended the endoscopy unit and was very impressed by the care taken by all the staff. They were kind, considerate, respectful and informative.
What could be improved
The prescribed laxative is vile! - almost undrinkable but we talked about that.
The diet leaflet is unimaginative and confusing - eg the list of fruit and veg is curiously selective.
Anything else?
My 4th - and last vistis to the unit . I have always been impressed by the care taken of me. Thank you all.
