Appointment with doctor on time - long wait for x-rays to be taken unfortunately - told it was a busy morning and a problem with the computer in connection with the x-rays. After the x-rays I saw doctor again quite quickly.

Many thanks for taking the time to leave feedback for our Shoulders, Knees & Feet Clinic.

We were only aware of the X-ray Machine having a fault on one occasion, patients were offered alternative appointments at another hospital or for when the machine was repaired. Unfortunately on occasion there may be a slight wait for an X-ray appointment as this facility is accessed by all the Mount Gould outpatient clinics and GP referrals, it is not always known prior to the patients attendance whether an x-ray is recommended and therefore the Radiology team try to accommodate all requests as soon as possible.
