Sentinel always endeavour to ensure patients have a good experience and take seriously feedback from patients particularly when it is raising concerns about their care. Many thanks for taking the time to let us know about your experience.

We are aware of the X-ray Machine only having a fault on one occasion, patients were offered alternative appointments at another hospital or for when the machine was repaired. Unfortunately on occasions there may be a slight wait for an xray appointment as this facility is accessed by all the Mount Gould outpatient clinics and GP referrals, it is not always known prior to the patients attendance whether an x-ray is recommended and therefore the Radiology team try to accommodate all requests as soon as possible.

We can only apologise for any delays you had to experience.
